First check if your rig is connected to the Internet. If yes, try connecting to a different server. You can find the list of all available servers here

We recommend using backup servers, in this case your miner will switch to a backup server and continue mining with no interruption if connection to the main server is lost.

If you can’t connect to a different server as well, we recommend tracing to a server you are trying to reach. Here’s how to do it.

Windows

1. Press Win+R

2. Write cmd in the new window and press Enter

3. It will open a console where you need to write a command tracert -d ru.ezil.me and press Enter

HiveOS

1. Look for the  "Remote access" menu at the top of the page and select "Hive Shell Start".

2. You will see a blue notification under your rig, click on it and click on the link.

3. It will open a console where you need to write a command traceroute ru.ezil.me

Let’s take a look at a few cases of tracing.

In the first case tracing was completed successfully. You can see a sequence of points of the route from the beginning to the end where the endpoint should be the IP address of the server you’re trying to connect to.

It means your connection is OK.

In this case you need to double check if your miner’s setting are correct.

In the second case tracing hasn’t started because of "unknown host" error. It means you have issues with your connection.

In most cases there’s an issue with your router. Try restarting the router, checking DNS settings and renewing the router.

In the third case tracing wasn’t fully completed because the sequence of points of the route was interrupted and tracing didn’t reach the end point - the IP address of the server you were trying to reach.

It means you have some issues with your connection.

In most cases it is caused by the issues on your provider side. In such cases we recommend sending a request to your provider with the attached tracing and point out the unavailability of the resource:

http://eu.ezil.me/ip

This page is created simply for checking the IP addresses and has no links to crypto mining.

When you contact your provider make sure you ask for a request number so you can track the progress. Some providers do not register the requests and thus do not solve the issues. If you insist on registering your request your chances for success will be much higher.

Also you can contact our tech support to check if there’s no ongoing maintenance on the pool or ask for consultation. Send us screenshots or your issue and your IP address (how to find your IP) and we will try to help.
